Banana (cake) bread

After the creation of Chocolate banana bread, I had to try this again with a regular cake mix. I had to.

3 bananas about to die? Check!

1 box of yellow cake mix? Check!

1. Mash bananas

2. Add cake mix

3. Mix together

3.5. Add nuts if desired

4. Pour into 2 8x8 pans (greased)

 or use the pan of your choice

3. Bake according to the box

And they turned out beautifully!

I also might have had a jar of icing that was going to expire soon (in November), so I iced one in the hopes that my kids would think it was a cake and would eat all their vegetables today for the chance at a taste. 

With extra nuts on top.
