3 ingredient berry cobbler

Pinterest link {HERE}

frozen berries
cake mix- no pudding added
(white is suggested, but yellow was fine)
12 oz. Sprite

1. Spread berries in a 9x13 pan (greased)
(it helps to have a cutie as a helper!)

2. Pour cake mix on top

3. Pour Sprite on top of cake mix- do not mix!
(if you do mix, the cobbler will be more cake-like instead of a cobbler crust on top)

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

5. Add your dairy and eat!

** We used strawberries for this and they turned out a little... slimy. So, of course we had to try it again! The one we made with blueberries and raspberries was de-lish!**

We even used a cake mix with pudding added (cause I wasn't paying attention) and it was still good. Not sure what the problem was about the pudding.

A friend of mine told me she used a melted stick of butter instead of Sprite. Fascinating. I guess I'll have to try that as well! (for research purposes of course) :)
